A double row of plane trees in shape a letter T divides the rest of the park area into the fruit garden and the British style naturalist garden. Between plane trees trimmed into a hedge there are gravel alleyways and figural compositions made out of trimmed boxwood. For the convenience of the Guests alleyways have been equipped with park benches. Symmetrically composed boxwood flourishes create small plots planted with onion plants on both sides of the paths. During Spring tulips, daffodils and narcissi create a spectacular show of a multitude of forms and colours. Thousands of plants bloom at the same time.
At the crossroad of alleyways there is a oval square surrounded with benches, at the center of which reigns a rectangular wedding gazebo built by Dwernik company from Sanok. In this well exhibited place it is possible to organize weddings at Guest’s request. On the extension of the viewing axis, opposite from the gazebo there is a waterspout with flat and shallow tank. On the other side a trained eye can read a symmetrical writing made out of boxwood bushes on both sides of the alleyway. These are the names and surnames of the park patrons: Władysław and Bolesław Sękowski. An interesting tidbit are blueberry shrubs planted in belts under a double row of plane trees. The alleyway entrances from all the sides are marked with giant sandstone cubes remains of the original factory colonnade demolished in Śląsk.
